ph3Product Manager – Digital Asset Management (DAM) – Barcelona based (General role) /h3 pbJob Overview /b /p pYou will serve as Product Manager for the company’s Digital Asset Management ecosystem, owning the vision, strategy, and execution of a platform that acts as the single source of truth for visual content and its associated workflows. The role will operate at the intersection of creative production, marketing, and technology teams, ensuring seamless creation, organization, search, and distribution of content worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and own the DAM strategy, prioritizing features such as ingestion, AI‑driven tagging, metadata modeling, and rights management. /li liDeeply integrate the DAM tool with the broader marketing technology stack. /li liPartner with taxonomists and content teams to build intuitive search experiences, taxonomy structures, and automated AI metadata tagging. /li liAct as the bridge among creative directors, marketing leads, legal (rights management), and technology to balance user experience with scalability. /li liTrack platform adoption, storage utilization, and asset reuse metrics to continuously optimize the product and demonstrate ROI. /li liCollect and translate business requirements from regional and local teams into detailed technical scope. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders globally to identify gaps, conduct ideation sessions, and create functional requirements. /li liCreate and maintain product roadmaps, backlog, and documentation including user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications. /li liCollaborate with architecture, application, platform, and technical product teams to make appropriate technology choices and ensure on‑time delivery. /li liChampion user adoption, creative idea generation, and market‑driven product improvements. /li liUnderstand the technology stack,



data flow between applications, and dependencies. /li liPartner with integration lead and other product leads across the PXM space. /li liAccountable for product quality, budget, and ensuring compliance with performance, security, and privacy requirements. /li /ul h3Required Experience and Skills /h3 ul li8‑10 years of experience in technical product management roles. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in DAM (or PXM/PIM/Media management) within the CPG/FMCG industry. /li liExperience with Adobe AEM is a plus. /li liStrong understanding of asset lifecycles, metadata, taxonomy structures, schema design, and rights governance. /li liExperience or strong interest in AI/ML tools for automated tagging, transcription, and cropping. /li liExperience establishing and operating IT products and marketing technology experiences. /li liProficient in Agile development methodologies. /li liExperience managing technical teams to build win‑win partnerships. /li liAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrategic thinking and execution through cross‑functional collaboration. /li liStrong collaboration, problem‑solving, attention to detail, can‑do attitude. /li liCuriosity and continuous learning of new marketing technologies and regulatory changes. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liCertifications in ITIL, SAFe Agile, Adobe AEM. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pContract type: Regular.
