and optimize D365 FO modules and related business processes. /li liWork closely with functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation. /li liManage and coordinate ERP-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements. /li liParticipate in ERP implementation, upgrade, testing, and deployment activities. /li liDefine and execute functional and integration testing plans. /li liCollaborate with development teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions. /li liDesign, monitor, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Microsoft integration technologies. /li liCreate and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications. /li liProvide end-user training and support when required. /li liStay up to date with Microsoft technology trends, especially in ERP, automation, AI, and intelligent agents. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b /p pBachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: /p ul liComputer Science /li liTelecommunications Engineering /li liIndustrial Engineering /li liInformation Systems or a related technical field /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum b3 years of hands-on experience /b working with bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations /b. /li liExperience supporting ERP environments in medium to large organizations. /li liProven experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects. /li liExperience working with cross‑functional business teams and external vendors. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations. /li liExperience with ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, or Operations.
