We're building a tighter, more structured product function, and this role sits at the heart of it. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe're looking for a merchandiser, buyer or product developer ready to take ownership of both range building and production, the discipline that connects design intent to the finished pair. You will own the seasonal range plan and the production calendar in parallel, across SS and AW, coordinating closely with a product development specialist and a production specialist. You'll act as the connective tissue between design, factories, sales and finance, from first sketch to final delivery. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liBuild and own the seasonal range plan, pricing and margin structure, and MOQ file across all collections. /li liCoordinate product development with factories: BOMs, technical sheets, materials, and the collection development tracker. /li liLead fittings and technical validation, ensuring every style is confirmed before production launch. /li liOversee production follow-up and purchase orders, monitoring the critical path from PO to delivery. /li liPrepare the go-to-market package each season: critical path,



sell-in materials, catalogue proofing. /li liSet clear priorities and deadlines for the product development specialist and production administrator, keeping their work aligned with the collection calendar. /li /ul h3What you have to bring /h3 ul li3–6 years in merchandising, production or product management within fashion, footwear or accessories. /li liSolid grasp of the product development lifecycle, from raw material to delivery. /li liExperience with seasonal range planning, pricing and margin, and factory-facing coordination (fittings, BOM review, production follow-up). /li liStrong Excel skills; ERP/PLM exposure (Zedonk) and wholesale platforms (Joor) are a plus. /li liFluent English and Spanish — both required, spoken and written. /li liOrganised, precise, calm under pressure, comfortable working across design, sales and finance. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul li35,000–40,000 € gross/year, based on experience. /li liBased at our Poblenou office in Barcelona, on-site with versátil hours and one remote day per week. /li liReal ownership from day one, in a small, design‑led team with a genuine craft ethos. /li liThe chance to help build the operational backbone of an internationally growing, independent brand. /li liAn international creative environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
