In this role you will design, implement, and integrate generative AI capabilities into business solutions. You will build data pipelines, backend services, and connectors that expose AI features, while shaping RAG-based workflows and automation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI components and continuously improve internal AI tools and pipelines. This is an opportunity to impact how AI is applied across corporate systems and cloud services. You will stay at the forefront of applied AI, influencing architecture and execution at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, develop and integrate generative AI components into business solutions
• Implement services, APIs, connectors and backend components to expose AI capabilities
• Build pipelines for ingesting, normalizing, processing and preparing data (structured and unstructured)
• Implement RAG solutions using documentation, knowledge bases,



and corporate sources
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search engines and agent frameworks
• Design and implement prompts, tools, workflows, agents and structured generation mechanisms
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, internal and external services and legacy systems
• Participate in development and termination of services using automatic code generation tools
• Implement automations using APIs, scripts, runbooks, workflows, xqbhyrx or RPA where applicable
• Define and evaluate quality metrics, tests and validation of results
• Collaborate with architects, cloud teams, development, security and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal AI tools, accelerators, prompts, agents, pipelines and building blocks
• Keep up to date with advances in applied AI, software development, RAG, agents, automation and cloud
