As an In-Room Dining Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our In-Room Dining service, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience in the comfort of their room or suite. You will lead by example, coach and support your team, and ensure every order is delivered with precision, efficiency, and the personalized service that defines The Ritz-Carlton. and delivered according to The Ritz-Carlton's luxury service standards. /li liMonitor service quality, delivery times, presentation, and guest satisfaction to consistently exceed expectations. /li liHandle guest requests, special dietary requirements, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally. /li liCoordinate closely with the Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth daily operations. /li liSupervise the preparation of VIP amenities, special occasion setups, and personalized in-room dining experiences. /li liMonitor inventory, operating supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. /li liSupport scheduling, task allocation, onboarding, and performance development of team members. /li liPromote menu knowledge, upselling opportunities, and Forbes Five-Star and The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards throughout the team. /li liAnalyze guest feedback and operational performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives when appropriate. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liPrevious supervisory experience in In-Room Dining, Restaurant, Food Beverage, or a similar leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort. /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. /li liPassion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalized guest experiences. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. /li liStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and luxury service procedures.
