You’re going to be taking full ownership and responsibility for your work. /li liProvide and get actionable feedback from teammates. /li /ul h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul liYou have minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies. /li liYou have deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping and iterative design — not just delivering UI screens, but understanding why and how those designs solve user business problems. /li liYou’re comfortable owning a design area end-to-end: making strategic design decisions,
