ph3Job Description /h3 bRole and Responsibilities /b pThe Manager, Commercial Quality is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality operations across the Ergomed Group. Responsibilities include management, upkeep, and delivery of Quality Cost Grids, Quality as a Service information and support for Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence activities. /p pThe Manager works closely with the Associate Director, Client Quality Management to ensure alignment with established frameworks, standards, and expectations. /p pThey mentor and develop Quality staff within the function to ensure competence and confidence in developing subject matter expertise. /p bLeadership and Compliance /b ul liLead and guide Commercial Quality activities across the Ergomed group, ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations and standards. /li liAct as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality, providing input into Ergomed procedures, policy, and training as required. /li /ul bBusiness Development and Client Engagement /b ul liAct as the central point for commercial quality activities. /li liDrive quality input into client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defence activities across the Ergomed group. /li liParticipate in the Business Development process as a subject matter expert, providing strategic and tactical input at bid defence meetings. /li liIdentify new business opportunities, develop budgets and proposals, and prepare for and present at client meetings and teleconferences. /li liRepresent the company at client meetings, speaking engagements, and publish scientific or industry-related articles in industry journals (when required).
/li /ul bCommercial Materials and Quality Management /b ul liDevelop commercial materials to support Quality as a Service activities, maintaining high-quality, consistent deliverables. /li liMaintain Quality commercial slide decks used to develop collateral for commercial quality needs. /li liManage the maintenance of Quality cost grids. /li /ul bMetrics and Reporting /b ul liOversee the preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics, providing periodic reports to management. /li /ul bTeam Leadership and Development /b ul liLead, educate, mentor, and develop quality group employees to support Commercial Quality activities, ensuring their competence and confidence in developing subject matter expertise. /li liFoster a collaborative, high‑performing quality culture across integral teams and regions. /li liProvide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance staff capability and succession planning. /li /ul bClient Quality Management /b ul liMay manage project quality and compliance activities, including deviations, CAPAs, training coordination, document management, and support for audit/inspection related activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 bEducation, Qualifications, and Professional Memberships /b pDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
