They play a vital role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering financial stewardship within the organization.Location- RemoteJob typeFull-timeKey Responsibilities- Sending invoices daily to customers- Communication with customers, including collection of payments. Daily follow-up on payments received, weekly communications with customers with open and overdue invoices, monthly report of AR Balance.- AR reconciliations- Prepare routine accrual and reclassification entries- Reconciliation with SalesForce and Stripe.- Maintain journal entry-related documentation- Maintain tax and insurance documents for customers.- Assist with month-end activities including preparation of account reconciliations,
