ph3This on-site role will be located at the Collins Aerospace team in Barcelona, Spain. /h3h3Primary Responsibilities /h3ulliActs as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports. /liliResponds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans. /liliQuality issue management – coordinates the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment. /liliConducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications. /liliManages technical products, services, logistics, and configurations for assigned customers. /liliTroubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. /liliAssesses product needs according to customer specifications. /liliActs as the local on-site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization. /liliManages statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications Experience Requirements /h3ulliA High School Diploma with proven experience, or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant experience in airport managed services or within airport operators in Spain.
