Then we are looking for you as our new Claims Manager Spain. /p pAs Claim Manager Spain at InShared, you will be part of a growing company with a start‑up character, where you will play a central role in ensuring consistent claims handling between InShared Netherlands and Spain. As an important member of our Claims Services management team, you will be responsible for the content management of Spanish claims handling, which is carried out by our external partner DEKRA. Your tasks will include: /p ul liYou will be in daily operational contact with DEKRA, with the focus on building a relationship based on trust. You will be the primary contact person for questions and concerns. Together, you will monitor compliance with quality guidelines and carefully assess each claim to maintain our high standards. /li liYou will optimize processes to improve claims handling and ensure customer satisfaction.



/li liYou will develop and implement guidelines that are consistent with our Dutch processes. /li liYou ensure transparency and fairness in claims processing. /li liYou will decide on strategies for handling major claims and assess their financial impact in order to make informed decisions in line with our business objectives. /li liIn addition, you are responsible for building up claims reserves, taking into account potential financial risks and obligations. /li liYou will manage payment processes and approve payments to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial transactions. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of experience in claims handling in the Spanish insurance industry /li liRelevant insurance‑related studies or training in motor insurance and/or PC insurance /li liIn‑depth knowledge of Spanish law, especially in the insurance sector /li liExperience in vendor management /liliStrong communication negotiation skills in an international context /li liWillingness to travel regularly between the Netherlands and Spain /li liVery good Spanish and English skills (written and spoken) /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 pA challenging job in a fast‑growing company with an attractive salary.
