Recognized as an "Employer of the Future" by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, we are seeking a dedicated Center Manager for our growing project on the island of Mallorca, where your primary workplace will be located. /p h3Your tasks and responsibilities: /h3 ulliDaily supervision of operations within the center, including common areas, meeting rooms, offices, and shared workstations. /liliCoordination of suppliers, repair work, maintenance, and monitoring of total operating costs. /liliEfficient handling of inquiries, complaints, and incidents, along with preparing monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and optimization proposals. /liliAcquisition of new partners through guided tours, center presentations, contract execution, and ongoing tenant onboarding and retention. /liliManaging versatile administrative and organizational office duties, including scheduling, correspondence, billing support, and contract preparation. /li /ul h3What you should bring: /h3 ulliA degree in business administration or a comparable qualification,
