You will manage SAP HCM projects for mid-sized clients in the DACH region, aligning project goals with the program and PMO. You’ll lead project teams, oversee financials, and raise quality through governance and training. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration, offering the chance to shape HR solutions at scale. The position combines hands-on project leadership with capability-building across teams.

• Strengthen the project management quality assurance process
• Provide trainings on software and project management best practices and templates under supervision
Responsabilidades
• Experience of managing SAP HCM projects 5-10 years
• First line of communication for project team members, stakeholders and customers
• Knowledge of project financials and controlling and applying it in practice
• Leadership qualities and strong organizational skills; adaptable to changing priorities
• Good presentation and business correspondence skills
• Knowledge of Project Management Processes; certifications is a plus
• Full working proficiency in German and English
