This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop expertise across employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and Workday administration. /p pA key focus of this position will be supporting managers and employees throughout the performance management process, including the coordination and administration of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), documentation management, progress tracking, and employee communications. The successful candidate will also support employee lifecycle activities, HR reporting, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement programs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Performance Management Employee Relations /h3 ul liSupport the HR Director in administering performance management processes across the employee lifecycle. /li liAssist in drafting, tracking, and maintaining Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). /li liMonitor employee progress against agreed performance objectives and milestones. /li liCoordinate performance review meetings, PIP check-ins, and follow-up discussions between managers and employees. /li liMaintain accurate documentation and ensure performance records comply with company policies and local employment regulations. /li liSupport investigations, employee relations matters, and disciplinary documentation as required.
/li liAct as a trusted first point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries. /li /ul h3Employee Lifecycle Administration /h3 ul liSupport end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal transfers, role changes, and offboarding. /li liProcess HR transactions within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance. /li liAssist with workflow approvals and employee record maintenance. /li liPrepare employment-related documentation and correspondence. /li liEnsure employee information is maintained accurately and confidentially. /li /ul h3Workday HR Systems Support /h3 ul liMaintain employee records within Workday. /li liSupport updates across relevant Workday modules including HCM, Time Tracking, and Recruiting. /li liAssist employees and managers with Workday self-service queries and system navigation. /li liParticipate in HR process improvement initiatives and system enhancements. /li /ul h3HR Operations Reporting /h3 ul liManage and respond to the HR shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests. /li liPrepare HR reports and dashboards relating to: /li liHeadcount /li liAttrition and turnover /li liPerformance management activity /li liCompliance metrics /li liSupport data analysis and reporting for leadership reviews and workforce planning. /li /ul h3Communications Employee Engagement /h3 ul liDraft and distribute HR communications regarding policies, legislative updates, organizational announcements, and employee programs. /li liSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellbeing activities, and internal HR events.
