ppWe are looking for an bRD Validation and Certification Engineer /b to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the validation, testing, and commissioning of advanced power conversion systems used in energy storage and photovoltaic applications. You will work in a modern laboratory environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary RD team to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance from concept to certification. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liPerform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems interfacing with energy storage systems in the laboratory. /li liConduct technical analysis of logs, errors, signals, and metrics, generating clear and reusable reports to support engineering, quality, and certification processes. /li liStudy system stability and response to electrical transients (e.g. voltage dips, frequency disturbances, fault conditions, and power oscillation damping). /li liAnalyze specifications and requirements for electronic equipment under development. /li liSimulate and debug control algorithms, ensuring compliance with grid codes. /li liParticipate in the definition of validation strategies, test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria. /li liExecute validation tests both in the factory and in the field for prototype power conversion systems. /li liEnsure full test traceability, from requirement definition to final reporting. /li liPerform proof-of-concept validation of hardware and software components. /li liSupport component approval and product certification processes. /li liPrepare validation reports and technical documentation.



/li liDevelop and implement test automation solutions, including Python-based tools where applicable. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBSc in Engineering or equivalent (minimum requirement). /li liSolid experience in the design of electrical systems and power electronics converters and their control. /li liExperience in validation of electronic products and/or embedded software, including laboratory test benches and HIL systems. /li liExperience with simulation tools (Spice, PSCAD, Simulink, PLECS). /li liAdvanced knowledge of power converters (AC/DC, DC/DC). /li liExperience in commissioning power converters and working with laboratory instrumentation is valued. /li liKnowledge of photovoltaic and energy storage systems, including battery integration and hybrid PV–battery solutions, is a plus. /li liExperience in Python and test automation is desirable. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. /li liHigh level of self‑motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies. /li liFluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). /li liDesirable: 5+ years of relevant experience (final level will depend on candidate profile). /li libAvailability to work in shifts (turn‑based schedule) is considered a plus. /b /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pYou will join a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
