/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on your analysis. /li liEnsure data quality and integrity across various sources and processes. /li liWork alongside experts in various technological domains. /li liEnhance your skills with real-world experience. /li liContribute to a team that values your input and creativity. /li /ul h3What Makes You a Great Fit? /h3 ul liProfessional experience working with data— exposure to data engineering concepts. /li liProficient using SQL for querying and data manipulation, good understanding of query optimization and indexing, whether in RDBMS or big data environments. /li liExperience with cloud-based technology and solution design: e.g., experience with Microsoft Azure Products, Databricks. /li liFamiliarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Scala or R. /li liHands-on experience across different stages of the data lifecycle—from data gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting. /li liInterest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing or text analytics. /li liPrevious experience in insurance is an advantage. /li liA can-do attitude, focused on delivering valuable, user-friendly solutions tailored to specific business challenges. /li liEagerness to solve real business problems, with the persistence to see your recommendations through to implementation. /li liStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liExcellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
