The role is fully on-site Monday to Friday and will require up to 10% of domestic travel. /ppIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: /pulliContribute to high-quality engine repairs by supporting the cleaning, inspection, disassembly, and assembly processes, helping ensure components are prepared and rebuilt to company standards. /liliSupport workshop productivity by assisting with basic repair and maintenance activities while following Standard Repair Times (SRTs), documented procedures, and best practices. /liliHelp improve equipment reliability by assisting with Stamford alternator modifications and Onan generator inspections and servicing. /liliMaintain a safe and efficient work environment by ensuring tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and operating correctly. /liliDemonstrate attention to detail by accurately completing work records, timesheets, and required service documentation. /liliBuild technical expertise through continuous training and hands-on learning, developing the skills needed to perform increasingly complex maintenance and repair tasks. /liliPromote a strong safety culture by following all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations, and proactively reporting hazards or incidents. /liliSupport overall workshop success by assisting with a variety of maintenance and operational activities, contributing to team goals,
