ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as key operational partner for regulatory compliance for sustainability. /li liDrive day-to-day execution and provide regulatory insights. /li liEnsure general compliance of HP products with environmental regulations and market access requirements. /li liMaintain visibility on regulations, trends, implementation status, risks, and challenges across regions. /li liPrepare and support monthly compliance reviews and reporting. /li liTrack and resolve off-track items, driving actions and mitigation plans. /li liSupport the development and quality of Working Assumptions and regulatory interpretations. /li liAct as packaging sustainability SME for customer inquiries and requirements. /li liCollaborate with HP product stewards to set and drive HP’s sustainability strategies and goals across functions. /li liMonitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor landscape. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, Environmental Science or related field. /li liKnowledge and understanding of sustainability topics (ESG, recycling, circular economy, etc.) /li liStrong project management skills /li liUsing data and AI tools /li liTypically, 2+ years’ experience in packaging design, sustainability,



compliance or with relevant work experience. /li liDesirable: experience/specialist knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (including WEEE and Batteries), Packaging or Product Repair Longevity /li liProven project management skills to lead projects and programs with team members from diverse technical backgrounds. /li liAbility to collaborate successfully, coordinating and directing virtual, matrixed teams and resources to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and solve complex problems. /li liEffective written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English. /li liWillingness to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. /li liExcellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. /li liSelf‑motivated to make progress towards goals autonomously as needed. /li liAbility to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines. /li liExperience or understanding of productivity software and tools, including AI, Power BI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. /li liAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and requests at the senior management level. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
