This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution‑driven approach to legal risk. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives. /liliAct as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure. /liliCoordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control. /liliDraft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements). /liliProvide early‑stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability. /liliDrive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
