We manage ocean, air, and ground transportation worldwide, delivering tailored end-to-end logistics solutions to our clients. /ppAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a bSenior Freight Forwarding Specialist /b to join our Operations team at our bMiami headquarters /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage international freight forwarding shipments from start to finish, primarily ocean freight (FCL/LCL). /liliRequest, analyze, and negotiate freight rates with ocean carriers, NVOCCs, and logistics providers. /liliPrepare customer quotations and pricing proposals. /liliCoordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines. /liliMonitor shipments from origin through final delivery. /liliCoordinate with overseas agents, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners. /liliReview and manage international shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and related documents. /liliAdvise customers on Incoterms and logistics solutions. /liliWork closely with the Sales team to develop competitive logistics proposals. /liliResolve operational issues while providing excellent customer service. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with ocean carriers, international agents, and logistics partners. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum b3 years of experience /b working for a freight forwarder.



/liliProven experience managing international ocean freight operations. /liliExperience handling carrier bookings. /liliStrong knowledge of Incoterms. /liliExperience preparing freight quotations and transportation cost calculations. /liliKnowledge of international trade documentation. /liliAbility to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. /liliProfessional proficiency in bEnglish /b (spoken and written).
