Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints. /li liManaging project execution and coordinating on‑site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling. /li liSupervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors. /li liEnsuring contractual and regulatory follow‑up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers). /li liLeading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners.
