You will work on Business Request Catalog, case management and custom components for self-service portals, leveraging best practices to deliver sustainable, upgrade-safe solutions. /p pThis is a hands-on development role with high visibility, where you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensure smooth integrations and drive automation initiatives that add measurable value to the organization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalog and ticketing /li liBuild and optimize self-service portal components, including custom widgets and forms for enhanced UX /li liDevelop reusable client- and server-side scripts (e.g., Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts) for process automation /li liImplement system integrations to streamline processes such as onboarding and service requests /li liPrioritize out-of-the-box functionality to deliver sustainable and upgrade-friendly solutions /li liGather requirements, translate business needs into technical designs and produce fit-for-purpose implementations /li liEnsure robust testing, documentation and deployment of all developments in agile iterations /li liTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis and apply fixes across environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) /li li3+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development /li liExperience developing Service Portal elements, including custom widgets and front‑end enhancements /li liFamiliarity with REST web services, SOAP integrations and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka) /li liStrong knowledge of ITIL‑based Incident, Request and Case Management modules /li liUnderstanding of integration patterns (MID Server, API‑based) and data migration techniques /li liServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification preferred /li liAbility to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure compliance with security and performance standards /li liExcellent communication skills to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders /li liKnowledge of security,
