The role focuses on delivering large‑scale critical HV/MV grid interconnection projects within EMEA under tight deadlines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver grid interconnection projects from design to energization. /li liCommunicate with diverse teams including design engineering, construction, planning, environmental, and real estate. /li liManage stakeholder engagement and provide weekly risk issue reports to senior management, directors, and vice presidents. /li liDrive grid infrastructure delivery program, standardize processes, develop tools, and support financial budgeting. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a similar technical focus. /li liExperience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /li liDemonstrated ability to operate and thrive with partial information, high levels of ambiguity, and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. /li li5+ years of experience in building power substations,



working with utilities, and understanding their environment and culture. /li liExperience analyzing cost/benefit trade‑offs across a strategic portfolio and a demonstrated understanding of how to successfully transact business in multiple cultural contexts.
