Your role will be to ensure timely resolution, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. /p pYou will report to the Service Complaints Team Supervisor. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the full lifecycle of customer complaints: acknowledgement, investigation, resolution, and response within defined timelines /li liAnalyze complaint trends to identify root causes and propose corrective actions /li liCollaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively /li liSupport the reduction of complaint volumes through continuous improvement initiatives /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures,



and regulatory requirements /li liLiaise with key stakeholders (Operations Managers, Directors, Supply Chain teams) /li liContribute to service performance reviews by preparing reports and tracking action plans /li liReview and improve processes, tools, and documentation related to complaint management /li liSupport internal and external audits /li liParticipate in improvement and quality projects across the organization /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree; experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills /li liAbility to manage conflicts and work under pressure /li liProficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liStrong team spirit and collaborative mindset /li liADR, IMO or IATA certifications are a plus /li /ul pAxalta operates across Performance and Mobility Coatings segments, serving diverse markets worldwide. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
