You will be based in our Madrid office and be part of our global network of Master Planning professionals. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liWork within a design team on various projects /li liHave a passion for high quality design /li liRun design workshops and presentations with the different project stakeholders /li liDeliver architectural services that meet Worley, its customers' requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget /li liPerform architectural master planning services such as: contributing to appropriate studies, analyses, and recommend actions; and assisting with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports /li liCommunicate effectively with the master planning team and project stakeholders, including the customer /li liIdentify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions,



and ask for assistance if required /li liVisualization support on video and image production tasks /li liWork on BIM/Revit models and AutoCAD drawings /li liHave strong visual communication skills /li liHave an interest in industrial and urban master planning /li /ul h3ACADEMIC BACKGROUND /h3 ul liA recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or equivalent. /li /ul h3LANGUAGES /h3 ul liProficient in spoken and written English. /li /ul h3TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino /li liKnowledge of GIS Software /li liSome skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite /li liKnowledge of Rendering tools such as Unreal Engine or Twinmotion would be desirable /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liVerbal communication skills. /li liTime‑management skills. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liBe based in Spain with the option of hybrid working spending time between office and home /li liBe part of the Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics (TIL) business line in the EMEA Region /li liReport to the Master Planning Practice Lead for EMEA, based in London, UK /li liCollaborate in a global master planning network with the combined goal to support and grow the industrial master planning service offer across all regions /li liApply and develop new design thinking principles to the master planning process to define, assess and develop appropriate solutions that are human‑centric and balance the needs of people and planet /li liApply and integrate new methods of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) into the spatial master planning process,
