You will lead through technical excellence while spending most of your time writing code, designing systems and delivering reusable platform capabilities. /ph3The project /h3pYou will contribute to an enterprise-scale platform focused on developer experience, reliability, scalability and AI-assisted engineering. /ppThe team treats the platform as a product: identifying developer friction, delivering self-service solutions and measuring their impact through feedback and adoption metrics. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and build business-critical platform capabilities. /liliDevelop AI agents and agentic developer workflows. /liliCreate AI-powered CLIs and self-service developer tooling. /liliBuild Kubernetes Operators and controllers. /liliDevelop platform APIs, SDKs and reusable components. /liliCreate Golden Paths, developer portals and automated workflows. /liliImplement policy engines and automated governance processes. /liliBuild GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation. /liliEstablish technical patterns through production-quality code, prototypes and reference implementations. /liliImprove developer experience by working directly with engineers and data scientists. /liliIntroduce AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle. /liliDrive cloud, DevSecOps, security and automation solutions. /liliMentor engineers and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSignificant experience designing and building developer platforms or large-scale software platforms. /liliStrong focus on developer experience, reliability and scalability. /liliProven production experience with Python.
