ppWe are actively seeking a Junior DFT Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Digital design team. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liWork on design execution of silicon design /li liWork on SoC DFT architecture and DFM concept /li liWork on implementation and verification of DFT measures to meet product specifications and production requirements /li liWork closely with cross‑function teams (design, production test and qualification) to meet test requirements with effective DFT solutions /li liContribute to target coverage requirements for logic, memories, IO and mixed‑signal IPs /li liGenerate test patterns and support post‑silicon ATE and QnR /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering /li liBasic understanding of digital IC design principles /li liFamiliarity with RTL design concepts /li liExposure to DFT concepts, including scan, test controller, and MBIST /li liKnowledge of HDL (Verilog or VHDL) and basic synthesis concepts /li liAbility to learn and use EDA tools, such as VCS, TestMax DFT/ATPG/Advisor /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li /ul h3Desirable Qualifications /h3 ul liUnderstanding of basic network concepts: familiarity with networking principles, such as protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet), topologies,



and routing /li liExposure to RISC‑V architecture /li liKnowledge of digital design fundamentals: familiarity with digital logic gates, combinational and sequential circuits, and basic design methodologies /li liAbility to learn and adapt to new tools /li liKnowledge of scripting languages: Perl, Python /li /ul pWe are looking for team players that focus on the outcome of the team above the individual needs, with respect and honest challenge.
