Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the Technical Project Leader (TPL) and Operations Leader (OL). /li liContinuously monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and reporting status updates. /li liIdentify potential risks and define mitigation strategies, working closely with the Technical Project Leader. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Supplier Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring smooth data exchange and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate across functional departments, customers, and external suppliers to guarantee efficient implementation and verification of deliverables. /li liSupport supplier selection based on inputs from the Technical Project Leader and Component Engineer. /li /ul h3Resource Budget Management /h3 ul liDefine resource needs and align them with the Development Manager to optimize team efficiency. /li liMaintain accountability for project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost‑effectiveness. /li liImplement risk management strategies,
