This role will oversee the AI Governance Operating Committee, manage intake and progression of AI use cases, lead education and awareness efforts, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Governance Oversight /h3 ul liChair and manage the IH AI Governance Operating Committee, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI policies and risk frameworks. /li liDevelop and maintain governance structures, documentation, and reporting mechanisms for AI initiatives.



/li liEnsure data lineage and provenance are traceable for all AI inputs. /li liWork with the Intake and Finance team to ensure end‑to‑end value governance and Return on Investment delivery. /li /ul h3Intake Progression /h3 ul liDesign and manage the AI use case intake process, including evaluation criteria, impact assessment, prioritization, and progression tracking. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely review and advancement of AI projects. /li liEnable compliance with regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA, financial regulations). /li liMaintain documentation for auditability and regulatory reporting. /li /ul h3Education Enablement /h3 ul liLead the development and delivery of AI education programs tailored to various stakeholder groups (business, technical, compliance). /li liPromote responsible AI practices and awareness across the organization. /li liEnsure models and AI developments are interpretable and decisions can be explained to users and regulators. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liServe as the primary liaison between IH teams, enterprise AI governance bodies and senior management. /li liFacilitate communication and alignment across business units, data science teams, legal, compliance, and risk partners. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in AI governance, data strategy, or enterprise risk management. /li liStrong understanding of AI/ML technologies, use case lifecycle, and regulatory considerations.
