This role ensures smooth case handling by coordinating all necessary actions from the initial customer contact to case closure. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbCustomer Interaction Case Management /b /pulliAct as the primary point of contact for customers. /liliReceive and log customer calls and service requests in the ERP system. /liliProvide clear, proactive updates to customers and resolve inquiries promptly. /liliEnsure timely escalation to the Technical Support team. /li /ulpbService Coordination /b /pulliPrepare service quotations for spare parts, service visits and training.
/liliProcess customer orders and monitor progress through to invoicing. /liliOrganize and track return shipments, ensuring proper documentation. /li /ulpbCross-Functional Collaboration /b /pulliLiaise with internal teams (Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of service activities. /li /ulpbProcess Compliance Administration /b /pulliMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal processes. /liliEnsure adherence to company policies and service standards. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives within customer service departmentulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience). /liliExperience: At least 5 years of experience in customer service - preferably in a technical or industrial environment. /liliExcellent command ofbboth Spanish and English /b, which is bmandatory /b for the role, additional language skills are a big plus. /liliStrong organizational capabilities paired with effective multitasking. /liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills. /liliProficient in ERP platforms and the full MS Office Suite. /liliCustomer-oriented approach with a sharp eye for detail. /liliSolid technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
