from April until July.* /h3 h3Your role as a Coordinator will involve: /h3 ul liCoordinate timelines and communications with the project team to ensure consistency and clarity. /li liSupport the organization and delivery of training sessions for managers. /li liPrepare and maintain support materials (quick guides, step-by-step instructions, FAQs). /li liServe as the first point of contact for managers’ questions regarding the use of the tool. /li liLog and respond to frequent inquiries; escalated complex issues when appropriate. /li liProvide administrative support, such as database updates, to the Talent and HR teams. /li /ul h3To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. /li liFluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). /li liPrevious experience in Personnel Administration or similar areas. /li liExcellent communication skills to explain processes to non-technical audiences. /li liService-oriented mindset and user focus. /li liStrong coordination and organizational skills, working with different stakeholders. /li liIntermediate level of Excel. /li liClear communication, empathy, and active listening. /li liAttention to detail and follow-up skills. /li liAbility to prioritize and manage multiple requests. /li liProactivity and a continuous improvement mindset. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pA visible role during the launch of a key tool, helping managers adopt change simply and effectively. /p pUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
