ppManpower is looking for a Credit Collections Specialist for our client PPG, based in Rubí (Barcelona) /p h3MISSION /h3 pTo be a part of and handling the Credit and Collection activities in German. /p pThe focus is to review open accounts for collection, conduct collection calls and E-mails to collect Accounts Receivables, mail correspondence and telephone calls to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables. Answering incoming calls to help customers understand their balance and due items. /p h3PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 h3Credit /h3 ul liFollow local policy and EMEA Credit policy. /li liExisting customer – review credit limit based on policy /li liManage blocked orders based on policy. /li liManage the customer credit risks followed by proactive actions and communications. /li liCoordinate, update of Master data relevant for automated communication /li liHelp integrate any new business acquisitions or business extensions. /li /ul h3Collection /h3 ul liFollow regular Dunning process. /li liReviewing open accounts in your own portfolio for collection efforts /li liConduct collection calls and E-mails to collect Accounts Receivables /li liMail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables. /li liNegotiate customer disputes to resolution and documents root cause. /li liDevelop relationships with internal/external customers.



/li liIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with the Credit Manager /li liReview and monitor all applicable collection reports. /li liProvide timely follow‑up on payment arrangements. /li /ul h3Internal Controls /h3 ul liFollow the internal control procedures required by PPG or Credit policy rules. /li liDocument and archive supporting documents. /li liFollow procedures. /li liFollow standardization principles and participate in General standardization process. /li liParticipate in local process improvement projects and support other management directives as prescribed. /li /ul h3REQUIRES /h3 ul liBe fluent in German and English. /li liService minded and empathic. /li liEffective business writing and professional communication skills. /li liDemonstrated effective customer service skills. /li liPreferably 1-2 years' experience in credit collections, including interaction with a large customer base. /li liStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. /li liGood knowledge of the Excel. /li liAccounts Receivable knowledge/experience is a plus. /li liDetail oriented /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liERPs. /li liMicrosoft Office package /li liUsed to working in a matrix organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
