ppA fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a bTechnical Program Manager /bto oversee internal products and lead cross-functional projects within an Ops Engineering team. /pulliOversee and drive development of internal tools and platforms to support Sales, Customer Success Management, and other departments /liliLead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects in close collaboration with Product Engineering teams /liliBridge internal GTM (Go-To-Market) teams and engineering by translating process friction into clear technical deliverables /liliTransform risky processes into successful internal products, leveraging rapid feedback loops from ideation to deployment /liliCollaborate with leadership across all departments to understand internal needs and drive improvement initiatives /liliOwn project delivery, including planning, scoping, and execution of cross-functional initiatives /liliDefine and monitor functional KPIs, success metrics, and business impacts in collaboration with non-engineering teams /liliParticipate in sprints, roadmaps, and retrospectives to ensure project progress in a fast-paced environment /liliOptimize internal operations by working closely with a dedicated software engineering team /liliAnticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions for timely, on-scope delivery /liliProvide transparent status updates, timelines,
