The department is responsible for leading the global commercial marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment across regions and stakeholders, driving segmentation, targeting and omnichannel programs by translating global direction into actionable initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional and regional leaders to shape priorities and translate enterprise strategy into clear global marketing direction that enables effective local adaptation and value creation. /p h3The team has 3 main areas of responsibility: /h3 ul liOverall CE brand positioning – defining the value story of our overall partnership capabilities beyond the pure product messaging /li liMarket engagement – including launch excellence,
ensuring the commercial country readiness of new products and data driven segmentation and targeting guidance for maximum impact in close alignment with the countries /li liMarketing execution – the implementation, execution and monitoring impact of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the countries /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer insights and analytics /li liOptimize product mix to improve profitability across regions and customer segments /li liUse CRM data to track execution, measure impact, and drive commercial priorities /li liCreate clinically credible and commercially effective customer-facing assets /li liEnable consistent omnichannel execution across digital, sales, distributors, and clinical education channels /li liEnsure messaging aligns with clinical evidence, product claims, and value propositions /li liMonitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements /li liLead and align integral, regional, and country marketing teams /li liPromote best practice sharing and partner closely with regional sales leaders /li liBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team /li liFoster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented execution /li liLead the annual global marketing planning process with defined KPIs and priorities /li liAlign local market plans with global strategy and ensure launch readiness /li liTrack commercial performance and implement corrective actions when needed /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, SOPs, legal requirements,
