ph3About The Job /h3 pAllianz in a Pocket is Allianz's global mobile app platform — a shared, modular solution providing customers with a single, consistent entry point to Allianz across markets. Built once and rolled out globally, the app is developed through a collaborative effort spanning multiple international teams. As Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end program delivery of the Allianz in a Pocket mobile app, orchestrating distributed build teams across Allianz Technology Thailand (front-end), Simplesurance in Berlin (integration layer), and the OE Allianz Technology teams. Based in Barcelona (or Madrid), you will drive delivery excellence across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-geography program. This role reports directly to the Head of CTO of the General App. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liLead the global build and OE roll-outs of the Mobile App Program, ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions. /li liBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists – including internal and external providers. /li liManage and coordinate teams in Thailand, Germany and the OE, fostering collaboration and synergy. /li liDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive the program's success, aligning with Allianz Technology's objectives. /li liEngage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met. /li liUtilize strong technical expertise to solve complex problems and optimize program delivery. /li liDrive innovation and continuous improvement within the program, leveraging industry best practices. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liProven experience leading large-scale, complex IT program deliveries in a multi-vendor, multi-geography environment. /li liStrong program management background with a technical foundation — able to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, integration, and delivery challenges.
