ppbStructural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity Engineer /b (Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)) /p pWe are seeking a highly skilled Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. This role involves analyzing and ensuring the structural integrity of our aerospace products under dynamic and aeroelastic conditions. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform detailed aeroelastic and structural dynamics analyses for various aircraft and spacecraft components. /li liDevelop and validate numerical models for predicting flutter, divergence, and other aeroelastic phenomena. /li liConduct loads analysis to determine critical design conditions for structural components. /li liUtilize simulation software (e.g., Nastran/Patran, Matlab/Simulink) for advanced dynamic and aeroelastic investigations. /li liImplement and develop scripts in Python for automation of analysis processes and post-processing of results. /li liPrepare technical reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations. /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, stress, and testing engineers. /li liParticipate in the interpretation of flight test data related to structural dynamics and aeroelasticity. /li liMaintain accurate documentation of analyses, methodologies, and findings. /li liPresent findings and communicate technical information effectively in English to internal and external stakeholders. /li liManage project-related documentation and communications using Microsoft Office suite.



/li /ul h3Job Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience in Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics analysis. /li liProficiency in loads analysis methodologies. /li liDemonstrable expertise in using Nastran/Patran for finite element analysis. /li liProficiency in Matlab/Simulink for data analysis, modeling, and simulation. /li liProgramming skills in Python for scripting and automation. /li liGood written and verbal communication skills in English. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liAbility to work effectively in a team environment and independently. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liVacation days plus additional days-off throughout the year. /li liAttractive salary. /li liHybrid work model when possible. /li liCollective transport service subject to working calendar/home location. /li liLife insurance, health insurance, employee stock options, retirement plan, or study grants. /li liOn‑site facilities such as free canteen, kindergarten, medical office.
