As Senior UX Manager at Glovo, you lead the Customer App design and shape its strategic direction. You oversee a multidisciplinary design team, collaborate with UX leadership, and ensure human-centered, data-informed experiences that scale across products. You drive the vision, align UX with business goals, and mentor talent to raise craft and impact. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary UX team (designers and content designers)
• Define strategy and set the vision for the Customer App user experience
• Advocate for users in product discussions and use research/data to influence roadmaps
• Collaborate with UX Director and leadership to ensure cohesive practices across projects
• Contribute to the design system adoption and scalability across teams
• Manage stakeholders, prioritize work,



and address capacity and resourcing gaps
• Provide career development guidance and mentorship to direct reports

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience in consumer apps
• Proven people leadership experience growing design teams
• Strategic yet hands-on with ability to execute on critical design work
• Experience scaling design systems across multiple xqbhyrx teams
• Strong design operations skills and governance models
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in product-led, high-growth tech environments
• Portfolio or case studies showing impact in consumer apps and complex ecosystems
