ph3Summary - basic function of the role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is a hybrid position, with four days per week based on‑site and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. /p pReporting to the SCM Operations Strategy Director, this role plays a critical part in delivering strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and new product development across our global organisation. /p pThe successful candidate will lead complex cross‑functional programs spanning supply chain, engineering, operations, product management, quality, and procurement teams. A key focus of the role will be driving customs and compliance‑related initiatives, supporting new product introductions, acquisition integrations, and supply chain transformation projects. /p pThis position requires a strong Program Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills, a process‑driven mindset, and the ability to influence teams across a matrixed integral environment. While experience within industrial manufacturing is beneficial, we welcome candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate strong program management, governance, compliance, and change management expertise. /p h3Job Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead supply chain‑related programs and projects across global and regional teams, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives. /li liAct as the primary supply chain representative for assigned programs, engaging and aligning stakeholders across multiple functions. /li liDrive customs, compliance, and operational process initiatives to support business growth and regulatory requirements. /li liPartner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles. /li liCoordinate supply chain activities supporting new product development, supplier transitions, outsourcing initiatives, cost reduction programs, and acquisition integrations. /li liDevelop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans. /li liSupport make‑versus‑buy evaluations and total cost of ownership assessments to enable informed business decisions. /li liEnsure supply chain strategies align with regional and global category management objectives. /li liIdentify potential operational, supply chain, or technical risks and drive appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
/li liEstablish clear communication plans and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. /li liFacilitate decision‑making, resolve project challenges, and elevate issues when required to maintain momentum and delivery timelines. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, scalability, and efficiency. /li liPromote adherence to documented processes, governance standards, and project management best practices. /li liSupport business integration activities associated with acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. /li liTravel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%). /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 pbEssential: /b /p ul liProven experience managing large‑scale cross‑functional programs or projects within a complex business environment. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and gain commitment across multiple functions and levels of an organisation. /li liDemonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver results through influence rather than direct authority. /li liStrong process orientation with a governance and compliance mindset. /li liExperience developing and implementing structured project plans, workflows, and business processes. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. /li liExperience leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools. /li liExperience working with ERP systems and business applications. /li /ul pbPreferred: /b /p ul liExperience supporting customs, compliance, regulatory, or supply chain governance programs. /li liKnowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems. /li liFamiliarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
