As a key member of the Data Analytics Compliance team, you will design and deliver data‑driven controls and investigative tools across multiple jurisdictions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and maintain data models and datasets used for transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, and financial crime investigations. /liliOwn end‑to‑end delivery of FinCrime analytics solutions: requirements gathering, data extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment. /liliDevelop and optimise detection logic and monitoring rules (e.g. transaction monitoring scenarios, anomaly detection, behavioural patterns). /liliPerform data quality checks and controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, and auditability of FinCrime datasets. /liliBuild dashboards and analytical tools (Looker / Looker Studio or similar) for monitoring risk exposure, alerts, and investigation pipelines. /liliSupport regulatory and internal audits, providing traceability of data, methodologies, and controls. /liliContribute to the automation and continuous improvement of FinCrime processes (screening, monitoring, alert handling). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2‑5 years of experience in Data/Business Analytics – preferably within FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services.
