/p pJoin a globally connected financial services group where legal excellence and business strategy go hand in hand. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive professional with a forward-thinking perspective, eager to learn, with ability to work in a fast-paced and international environments, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and rigorous attention to detail and process. /p pThe Legal Department of Alantra is looking for a young professional to joint its team to support and develop its Spanish and international entities in all related corporate matters, with a specific focus in asset management legal matters which may comprise matter such as: /p ul liProvide legal support on the structuring, launch, and maintenance of investment funds in multiple jurisdictions. /li liDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements regarding our asset management business: including fund documentation, investment management and advisory agreements, distribution arrangements, and service provider contracts. /li liCollaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and investment teams to address legal issues across product development, distribution, and portfolio management activities. /li liLiaise with external counsel and regulators in various jurisdictions as needed.



/li liPreparation of regulatory filings regarding the securities market and asset management with national and international supervisory authorities, including for instance, the incorporation of investment vehicles or asset managers. /li liMonitor legal and regulatory developments affecting asset management and advise on potential business impact and implementation strategies. /li liSupport the development of templates for legal documents and other materials to enable the legal team to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible. /li /ul pParticipate in digitalization and innovation projects of the Legal Department. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liSpanish qualified lawyer with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the funds/asset management area of a law firm or in the legal department of companies within the sector, such as financial institutions, fund management companies, or similar entities. /li liKnowledge of financial regulation and equity capital markets will be highly valued. /li liExcellent written and verbal presentation skills in Spanish and English. Other languages will be highly valued. /li liExcellent interpersonal communication skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities, and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice under tight deadlines. /li liDemonstrated ability partnering with international colleagues in different jurisdictions – experience collaborating with senior stakeholders. /li liCommitment, rigorous detail-oriented attitude and ability to show initiative at work, with the ability to contribute with your own ideas.
