If you love the intersection of coaching, technology, and sales — this one is for you. /p h3A Typical Day In The Life Includes /h3 h3Enablement Delivery /h3 ul liDesign and deliver enablement programs across onboarding, core sales skills, messaging, and strategic plays. /li liScope - while the scope of the role will focus on Integral BDR and Inside Sales, we are a fast growing and dynamic organization, where the scope may evolve to support other sales roles across the international sales teams /li liBuild and maintain quarterly enablement plans aligned to business priorities — tracking adoption, feedback, and impact. /li liCo-create learning journeys that are practical, embedded in daily workflows, and reinforced through managers. /li /ul h3Coaching Manager Development /h3 ul liAct as a coach-the-coach leader — equipping frontline managers with the skills and confidence to develop their teams. /li liRun interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions that drive real behavior change. /li liFoster a culture of continuous learning through initiatives like coaching office hours, peer learning, and best practice sharing. /li /ul h3Technology Innovation /h3 ul liChampion adoption of modern sales tools, AI-enabled coaching platforms, and digital enablement solutions across the team. /li liIntegrate technology into seller and manager workflows to scale learning and reinforce skills in the flow of work. /li liStay ahead of trends in sales tech and AI — and bring fresh ideas to the table. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Global Enablement to ensure programs are aligned and impactful.
