You’ll work on expanding the platform to support increasingly complex financial flows, focusing on reliable reconciliation and reporting systems that operate automatically and at scale. /p pYou’ll also translate and untangle complex business logic across our ERP integrations, ensuring every transaction moving through Perk is correctly represented across systems. Through thoughtful engineering practices, strong ownership, and a focus on auditability, you’ll contribute to a codebase that gives Finance and the broader business confidence in the numbers behind the platform. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement durable solutions that improve the integrity and transparency of Perk’s financial infrastructure. /li liBuild and maintain reliable reconciliation and reporting systems that operate automatically and at scale. /li liTranslate complex business logic across ERP integrations to ensure accurate transaction representation. /li liOwn the entire lifecycle of a feature: from understanding customer pain points with product teams, writing design documents, coding, deployment, to measuring impact. /li liProvide technical leadership—architect scalable, evolvable systems and data models; uphold engineering excellence, including CI/CD, testing, and coding standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of senior software engineering experience. /li liProduct leadership: translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps. /li liSystem architecture: design scalable, evolvable systems and data models.
