Experteer Overview
In this role you shape the global planning spine of Valmet by aligning pricing, capacity and resource planning with business goals. You lead teams specializing in cost modelling, capacity management and Su0026amp;OP to enable smarter commercial and operations decisions. You collaborate across Production, Procurement, Sales and Operations to improve competitiveness, delivery performance and inventory. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy with execution to create tangible business value and scalable planning processes.

• Develop optimized supply and production plans by identifying constraints and turning them into actionable recommendations

• Partner with Production and Procurement to maintain accurate cost and pricing models supporting performance
• Influence decisions to improve delivery, inventory and operational efficiency across regions
Responsabilidades
• BSc in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; MSc as an alternative is unknown
• 5-10 years of general leadership experience
• Strong Su0026OP expertise and understanding of business operations, technologies and resources
• Proven track record of transformational initiatives and continuous improvement
• Advanced communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
