As Principal AI Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity across functions. You will collaborate with global business teams to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions, prototype rapidly, and deploy production-ready systems with measurable impact. You’ll bridge engineering and business, driving end-to-end delivery and creating reusable frameworks for enterprise AI. This role offers hands-on ownership, high-speed delivery, and the chance to shape how NIQ operates at scale. You will work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business operations to unlock efficiency across the organization.

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade cloud systems
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI
• Experience building and orchestrating agentic/multi-agentic xqbhyrx AI workflows
• Full-stack capability (APIs, data pipelines, front-end interfaces when needed)
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
• Solid system design skills focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
• Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
• Experience in global, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance for enterprise AI
