intuitive, and effective design solutions. /li liRapidly creating and iterating on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications. /li liLeveraging our pattern library to create designs and identifying opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team. /li liCommunicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user‑centered design processes effectively. /li liContributing to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality. /li liApplying usability heuristics and staying current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement. /li /ul h3What we look for: /h3 ul liAcademic background in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field. /li liProven experience in UX design for enterprise products, supported by a strong portfolio. Experience designing information‑rich interfaces, including data visualizations, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows for business users, is highly valued. /li liGood knowledge of user‑centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices.
