The role combines expertise in real estate law, land development, urban planning, energy regulation and commercial transactions to facilitate the successful origination, acquisition and development of strategic sites. Acting as a key business partner to development, power,



technical and investment teams, the individual will help structure transactions, mitigate legal and regulatory risks, negotiate complex agreements and support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
