and the ability to build balanced assortments that combine trend relevance, product creativity, and commercial performance. /liliBuild and manage product assortments for the assigned category, ensuring a strong balance between trend relevance, commercial performance, and price positioning. /liliDefine seasonal buying strategies based on market trends, historical sales data, and customer demand. /liliNegotiate prices, quantities, and commercial conditions with suppliers to meet margin and cost targets. /liliMonitor product performance and react quickly to sales trends, adjusting orders and product mix when needed. /liliWork closely with merchandising and planning teams to optimize stock levels and product availability across stores and channels. /liliAnalyze competitor assortments and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. /liliProven experience as a Buyer or Product Manager within a fast-paced retail or fashion environment. /liliExperience working with seasonal collections and managing product assortments across multiple categories or product lines. /liliExperience working directly with suppliers, including product selection, development follow-up, and commercial negotiations. /liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into buying decisions. /liliAbility to work in a fast-moving environment and react quickly to market changes and product performance. /liliStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, planning, and sourcing teams. /liliFluency in English required; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
