In this role you support integral corporate clients and brokers by handling surety bond requests accurately and in compliance. You work closely with internal teams to enable business growth and deliver exceptional client experience. You will navigate complex transactions under English Law and URDG758, balancing risk with service excellence. This role offers exposure to international operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic Surety Europe Team.

• Review and coordinate issuance of surety bonds and guarantees across regional regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance on guarantee and bond wordings under English Law and URDG758
• Structure and support complex surety transactions while minimizing operational and regulatory risks
• Deliver high-quality client servicing by handling requests, amendments, and new transactions promptly




• Maintain and strengthen client/broker relationships to support growth and satisfaction
• Analyze incoming emails/docs to assess requests and allocate tasks to appropriate teams
• Process and allocate client payments, support reconciliations and premium bookings
• Support clients with account statements and payment inquiries while maintaining service standards

Responsabilidades
• Completed commercial education, preferably banking specialist, or bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Law
• Previous client-facing experience xqbhyrx in banking, insurance, or financial services
• Solid experience in guarantees and surety bond issuance
• Strong understanding of direct issuance guarantee business and URDG758/English Law
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
