ph3Role and Responsibilities /h3 pThe Manager, Commercial Quality is responsible for leading and overseeing the Ergomed Group Quality operations with responsibility for the management, upkeep, and delivery of Quality Cost Grids, Quality as a Service information, and supporting Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence activities. /p pThe Manager, Commercial Quality works closely with the Associate Director, Client Quality Management to ensure alignment with established frameworks, standards, and expectations. /p pAs needed, mentors and develops Quality staff within the function to ensure their competence and confidence in developing skills to become subject matter experts. /p h3Leadership and Compliance /h3 ul liLead and guide Commercial Quality activities across the Ergomed group, ensuring compliance with integral GxP regulations and standards. /li liAct as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality, providing input into Ergomed procedures, policy, and training as required. /li /ul h3Business Development and Client Engagement /h3 ul liAct as the central point for commercial quality activities. /li liDrive quality input into client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defence activities across the Ergomed group. /li liActively participate in the Business Development process as a subject matter expert, providing strategic and tactical input at bid defence meetings. /li liInteract with Business Development in identifying new business opportunities, developing budgets and proposals, and preparing for and presenting at client meetings and teleconferences. /li liWhen required, represent the company by attending client meetings, speaking engagements, and publishing scientific or industry-related articles in industry journals.



/li /ul h3Commercial Materials and Quality Management /h3 ul liDevelop commercial materials to support Quality as a Service activities, maintaining high-quality, consistent deliverables. /li liMaintain Quality commercial slide decks used to develop collateral for commercial quality needs. /li liManage the maintenance of Quality cost grids. /li /ul h3Metrics and Reporting /h3 ul liOversee the preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics, providing periodic reports to management. /li /ul h3Team Leadership and Development /h3 ul liLead, educate, mentor, and develop quality group employees to support Commercial Quality activities, ensuring their competence and confidence in developing skills to become subject matter experts. /li liFoster a collaborative, high‑performing quality culture across global teams and regions. /li liProvide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance staff capability and succession planning. /li /ul h3Client Quality Management /h3 ul liMay manage project quality and compliance activities, including deviations, CAPAs, training coordination, document management, and support for audit/inspection related activities. /li /ul h3Education, Qualifications, and Professional Memberships /h3 ul liDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
