ph3The Role /h3 pWe’re introducing a new role within People; we’re looking for a People Advisor to harness systems and AI to develop and improve how we manage employee relations cases, casework insights, and proactively support the business to better lead their teams. /p pWe’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has the curiosity to maximise the use of technology integration for better ways of working, and experience handling multiple ER cases on an international remit. /p pOur team of People Advisors will be across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liYou’ll develop and evolve ways of working across case management, data, and manager enablement using AI integration tools. /li liYou’ll reinforce leader‑led decisions by effectively co‑piloting with managers on handling performance, conduct, and probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and changes to terms and conditions. /li liYou’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, providing high‑quality support to managers, and ensuring consistent application of people policies and the Perk approach across the region. /li liProvide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention can be delivered. /li liEnsure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution as appropriate. /li liPartner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases. /li /ul h3What success looks like /h3 ul liEnhanced and embedded ways of working across case work. /li liManager satisfaction with co‑pilot support provided on cases. /li liTimely progression of cases and reduced delays.
