/p h3Responsibilities /h3 bYour role as an Associate Director will involve: /b pbInitiative Identification Definition /b /p ul liWork closely with different business areas to understand their needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities. /li liAnalyze operational and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation or digitalization opportunities. /li liEvaluate and prioritize use cases with potential impact on efficiency, student experience, and value generation. /li liDefine KPIs and measure results across transformation initiatives. /li liEnsure that transformation proposals are aligned with the university’s strategic objectives. /li /ul pbSolution Design Execution /b /p ul liCoordinate the definition of functional requirements and ensure their accurate translation into technology solutions. /li liSupport the implementation of transformation initiatives, working with internal teams and/or external vendors. /li liEnsure tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes. /li /ul pbChange Management Communication /b /p ul liAct as the primary liaison between the Digital Transformation team and business units. /li liCommunicate effectively the progress, results, and impact of initiatives to different levels of the organization. /li liPrepare and present updates, analyses, and results to functional leads and executive teams. /li liDrive the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. /li /ul pbInnovation AI Adoption /b /p ul liStay current on technology trends, automation, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. /li liIdentify opportunities to apply AI and other emerging technologies in academic, administrative, and support processes. /li liPromote a culture of continuous innovation and data-driven improvement.
